Status of rentals

Age and Conditions of rental :

Any tenant must have at least 21 years Must have a valid driving license for 2 years The tenant will be designated with the lease as a responsible driver Anyone else apply as 2nd driver must meet the same requirements to be designated and authorized to drive the vehicle and must also be motionnée on our contract at the time of delivery of the vehicle.

Rental Period :

For any rental period in the contract must be respected. No extensions will be allowed without a request granted by our agency. Any non-compliance of the rental period engendered a lawsuit for breach of trust and right to give our agency to take our car where it is and all expenses and damages remain to the tenant.

Delivery and resumption of leased vehicle :

Your reserved vehicle will be delivered to the location of your choice (Airport - Gares Hotel or your stay in Morocco) As will be recovered at the end of the term of your lease at the location of your choice .

Use of vehicle :

Our vehicle will be under your responsibility and must be maintained throughout the period of your lease for use with conscience. Any conduct on unpaved roads (Except 4x4) is prohibited, transport goods or transport of people that it's mentioned on the certificate of insurance of the vehicle is prohibited, Any breach or abuse of the vehicle only tenant remains liable for all damage which remains dependent on him .

Insurance
Taxes

Insurance :

The vehicles are all insured risks. However, for any damage other than theft, fire, glass breakage, liability and people carried (PAI), a non-callable capped franchise remains the responsibility of the driver in the case or its partial or full responsibility would be engaged. For any accident, a finding is required.
